Before your appointment

Clear expectations, no surprises

We aim to make diagnostics, repairs and upgrades as straightforward and transparent as possible. The information below helps explain how appointments work and what to expect.

What happens after you enquire

We confirm your slot, agree location and access, and talk through any booking fee before work is booked in. Nothing starts without your written authorisation, and we always discuss extra work before going ahead.

  • Booking Fees

    A small booking fee may be required to reserve your appointment slot. This helps secure diary time and travel arrangements.

    Where applicable, booking fees will be deducted from your final invoice. Please note that late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of the booking fee.

  • Mobile Appointment Requirements

    As a mobile service, appointments are subject to suitable access, safe working conditions and location approval.

    Work may not be possible where access is restricted, working conditions are unsafe, adverse weather or the location is unsuitable for the planned work.

    Suitable locations may include private residences, storage facilities or other agreed locations where adequate access and working space are available.

  • Work Authorisation

    A signed written authorisation is required before any work can begin.

    This helps ensure agreed work, expectations and any potential costs are clearly understood by both parties.

    Where additional faults or work are identified during diagnostics or installation, approval will always be discussed before proceeding unless otherwise agreed in advance.
